On Iraq, Obama Reminds Congress He Doesn't Need Their Permission For Military Action

President Obama met with Congressional leaders on Wednesday to share his view of the crisis in Iraq, to discuss what his administration's response might be -- and apparently to remind them that he doesn't need their permission for any U.S. action.
