A massive full moon, often referrred to as a "supermoon" appeared over Greece on Saturday (July 12) hovering over an ancient Greek temple on the country's coast. Instances of such moons happen a few times in the year and are due to the moon's proximity to the earth during its orbit. The moon appears brighter and larger.
