Royal Dutch Shell plc (ADR) (RDS.A) announced today that it would be selling off its Pinedale field properties, which comes under its affiliate SWEPI LP, in exchange for Ultra Petroleum Corp.'s (UPL) properties in Marcellus Shale and $925 million in cash.
