Video-chatting startup Rabbit quietly relaunched yesterday as a browser-based video chat application, after a short-lived run as a Mac desktop app in 2013. The app is aimed at creating a completely new video-chatting experience that mimics the real-life experience of walking into a friend's dorm room or hanging out at a party.
