A small aircraft crashed in Jamaica Friday afternoon, The Associated Press reported. The plane crashed just more than three hours after NORAD, the joint American and Canadian air command center, said Friday it dispatched fighter jets to investigate an "unresponsive aircraft" over the Atlantic Ocean.
