Al Shabaab Bombs Two Convoys, Killing at Least 12

At least 12 civilians are killed when al Shabaab militants launch twin attacks against African peacekeepers and government vehicles Monday. It's the first major attack since al Shabaab's vowed to avenge the killing of its leader by U.S. airstrikes last week.
