On Sunday, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi received something of a rock star's welcome in New York City. As Swati Sharma noted over at WorldViews, it's an incredible reversal for the man who, up until this year, had been denied an entry visa to the United States for his alleged negligence in a 2002 massacre that killed more than 1,000 people, mostly Muslims.
