Deutsche Bank Facing $1.3 Billion Fine Deutsche Bank AG (DB) is warming up to face a penalty of almost 1 billion euros ($1.3 billion) in regards to its participation in the LIBOR rigging scandal in an investigation by the Federal Reserve as well as the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The bank, along with several others, has been accused of manipulating benchmark interest rates of global markets.
