It began as an eviction attempt...but quickly turned violent.. 62 year old Fidel Flores Vasquez, shot while resisting an eviction order. Caught on camera by a local reporter in the town of Cajamarca, Peru...police had come to evict Vasquez, a mechanic living in the house with his wife and seven children. But Vasquez was not going quietly....so police opened fire.
