Legislation 'Mistake' Could Heavily Impact Small Mass. Wineries and Cider Makers

On Jan. 1, 2015 a new law takes effect that limits small farm wineries and cider makers in Massachusetts from selling directly to retailers. Legislators say it's a mistake, but producers are still worried that large portions of their business will get lost in wholesale distribution.
