Winnetka school memo on elderly ex-teacher suggests '100 children abused'

After retired teacher Bill Bricker was charged in the fall with sex crimes against children, his former employer, Winnetka District 36, released hundreds of pages of his personnel records, some indicating school officials were alerted to claims against him as early as 1968.
