NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Barrick Gold shares are down 2.33% to $10.50 in early market trading on Friday after the gold exploration and mining company announced that Chile's Supreme Court declined to hear its appeal of a lower court ruling concerning fines levied against its Pascua-Lama project.
