CIA inspector general known for Senate spying scandal to step down

CIA Inspector General David Buckley will leave his post at the end of January, the agency said Monday. Last July Buckley revealed five CIA employees improperly accessed a hard drive the Senate Intelligence Committee investigators used to compile the controversial torture report.
