Amgen Inc (NYSE: AMGN) is seeking a preliminary injunction against Sandoz, a subsidiary of Novartis AG ADR (NYSE: NVS) over its application for the biosimilar copy of Amgen's blockbuster drug, Neupogen, for the treatment of neutropenia in caner patients.
