Former senator Rick Santorum calls for American 'boots on the ground,' to combat Islamic State in an address at the Conservative Political Action Conference, being held at National Harbor, Maryland, near Washington, D.C.. 'If ISIS wants to establish a 7th century caliphate -- well, let's oblige them by bombing them back to the 7th century,' he said.
