Ex-state rep who traded child porn to be sentenced Thursday in Elgin

Former state Rep. Keith Farnham, said to be too ill to travel to the federal courthouse in downtown Chicago, is scheduled to be sentenced Thursday on child pornography charges at a courthouse in Elgin near his home.
