Appeals Court Likely To Reverse O'Bannon Decision In Favor Of NCAA, Lawyer Says

A federal appeals court will reverse the decision in the O'Bannon likeness case, in the view of a D.C. lawyer familiar with antitrust rulings. The announcement may not come until the summer.
