Off-duty police sergeant Louise Lucas killed and daughter, 8, injured in collision with bus on 'dangerous' Swansea city centre road An off-duty police officer has died and her young daughter was taken to hospital following a collision on a "confusing" city centre road dubbed dangerous by safety campaigners. Emergency services were called to Swansea's Kingsway following the collision between the two pedestrians, aged 41 and eight, and the X11 bus.
