In a SaaS or subscription environment, there’s almost nothing more important than the quality of customer service (or “customer success,” or “the customer experience”–I have no dog in the fight over which of these terms to use) you provide. And customer service in SaaS is exactly what I want to talk about today. But I’m going to start by telling you about my dear, departed 1996 Audi. The two topics–I promise–are intimately related.
