Man given 28 years in prison for Chicago police chase that turned fatal

A Simeon Career Academy graduate who had a college football scholarship, a supportive family and a girlfriend who wanted to start a family with him threw it all away when he led Chicago police on a car chase that killed a woman in 2013, a Cook County judge said Friday.
