Man charged with shooting up-skirt video of teen girl on CTA Red Line

A Chicago man is charged with unauthorized video recording of a minor after prosecutors say he followed a 16-year-old girl up the stairs at the Harrison CTA station and used his phone to take video pointing up her skirt.
