General Electric Company Officially Announces To Sell Off GE Capital Fleet Unit

Element Financial Corp has signed a deal with General Electric Company (NYSE:GE) to acquire its fleet management services in Mexico, New Zealand, the United States, and Mexico, as per a Reuters report. The deal is worth 8.6 billion Canadian dollars ($6.98 billion), which Element Financial plans to fund through its recent 2.7 billion Canadian dollar proceeds and 5.9 billion Canadian dollars in debt.
