Chicagoan sues Volkswagen over rigged diesel emissions tests

Chicagoan Micah Dorn, who in 2013 bought a new Volkswagen Jetta with a "clean diesel engine," is lead plaintiff in a class action lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Chicago over the automaker's cheating on emissions tests.
