According to a report on ZDnet today, Oracle Corporation (NYSE:ORCL) has been awarded $50 million in damages in its lawsuit against Rimini Street, which revolved around third party support and copyright infringement. A jury in Las Vegas communicated the decision on Tuesday, which left Rimini Chief Executive Seth Ravin personally liable for $14 million of the total damages.
