The Legatum Institute, a London basedthink-tank released its annual Prosperity Index this week. The index is a massive survey which ranks 142 countries in terms of their so called "prosperity". Prosperity may mostly be used to talk about money, but the Legatum Institute thinks that there is more to it than that.
