Iraqi sheikh: Defeating ISIS could lead to the rise of more radical groups

Destroying ISIS and replacing it with nothing could lead to further chaos and brutality in Iraq, an Iraqi sheikh of a mixed Sunni and Shiite tribe warned on Wednesday.
