House Speaker Paul Ryan on Wednesday denounced "ugliness" in the GOP presidential race, a veiled slap at Donald Trump. "When passions flare, ugliness is sometimes inevitable. But we shouldn't accept ugliness as the norm," Ryan (R-Wis) told Capitol Hill interns. "If someone has a bad idea, [don't] insult them into agreeing with us."
