Actress Sela Ward and her VC husband have sold their Bel-Air mansion to Jennifer Lopez for $28 million

Redfin Jennifer Lopez is apparently moving into a new celebrity-approved home in Bel-Air. According to The Los Angeles Times, Lopez has purchased the 14,000-square-foot home that actress Sela Ward and her husband, venture capitalist Howard Sherman, listed for just under $40 million in September.
