Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff Says He Would Have Paid More Than $26 Billion For LinkedIn

Salesforce chief executive Marc Benioff told Reid Hoffman, co-founder and CEO of LinkedIn, that he would have bid "much higher" for the company had it continued to discuss an acquisition with him, according to a July regulatory filing.
