After a night of debate, the Brazilian Senate voted early Wednesday morning to go forward with an impeachment trial for the country's suspended president, Dilma Rousseff. The Senate voted 59-21 to hold the impeachment trial, which is likely to start the week after the closing ceremony of the Rio Olympics. A two-thirds majority is needed to impeach Rousseff, who is accused of spending money without congressional approval in the lead-up to the 2014 election, as well as taking out unauthorized loan...
