SpaceX SpaceX did it again. After launching a telecommunications satellite into space at 1:26 a.m. ET on Sunday, August 14, the company landed the second stage of its Falcon 9 rocket on a drone ship at sea. This marks the sixth time SpaceX has successfully landed a rocket, and the fourth time it did it in the ocean.
