AIG audit head to replace CIO

AIG said that audit head Martha Gallo will replace Phil Fasano as chief information officer. The slot was created for Fasano in 2014, but he's leaving to "pursue other opportunities," the insurer said. Shares rose 12 cents in extended trading, to $63.90.
