Bolton: U.S. election hack a serious matter, 'hard to believe' Putin didn't know about

White House national security adviser John Bolton said Sunday he found it "hard to believe" that Russian President Vladimir Putin was unaware of efforts to undermine the 2016 U.S. presidential election.
