At least 10 million at risk as relentless rain will bring 'dangerous, life-threatening' floods to East Coast

The weekend deluge was only the beginning. Several more onslaughtsof heavy rain are expected in the East this week, especially in the mid-Atlantic region, which will lead to "potentially dangerous, even life-threatening flooding." At least 10 million people are under flood watches or warnings.
