Shooting erupts in Cincinnati: 'Tragically there are fatalities'

Multiple people were shot and an 'active shooter' investigation was underway Thursday at a downtown building, police said. A phalanx of police officers and ambulances rushed to the scene atthe Fifth Third Center, a 30-story building in the heart of downtown, during the morning rush.
