Venezuela's Maduro blames US 'cyberattacks' for massive power outage as lights slowly turn back on

The Venezuelan government has ordered schools and public offices to remain closed Monday as it entered the fifth day of a massive power blackout that has purportedly paralyzed the already desperate country.
