Trump administration plan aims to privatize Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac

The Treasury Department on Thursday released a plan aimed at overhauling the U.S. housing market, which calls for the government to relinquish control over Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in order to privatize the mortgage buyers.
