Germany truck attack that injured 8 probed as possible act of terror, Syrian man detained

Eight people were injured after Syrian national stole a truck and rammed it into a line of cars in a town in western Germany, spurring authorities to investigate the suspect's background as some of first bystanders to the scene said he allegedly spoke of "Allah."
