China's Muslim minorities reportedly pushed into labor programs

Congress is calling for sanctions against China over human rights abuses against religious minorities, labor activists and the press. The sanctions follow a report from the NYTimes which found the Chinese government is pushing Muslim minorities into cheap labor.
