Democrats shift gears on William Barr testimony after news of Mueller letter

Democrats ripped up their questions for Attorney General William Barr and started over Tuesday night after news of special counsel Robert Mueller's letter broke. In the letter, Mueller told Barr his summary to Congress "did not fully capture the context, nature, and substance" of Mueller's views on obstruction of justice. Nancy Cordes reports.
