Vista Tower condo buyer sues to scrap $10 million purchase in Chicago's third-tallest skyscraper A recreational boating entrepreneur is suing to back out of a $10 million contract for a condo near the top of the nearly completed Vista Tower, which is set to become Chicago's third-tallest skyscraper, after the development's Chinese investor announced plans to cash out of the project.
