Lincoln Yards' $35 million bridge, with bike and pedestrian lanes, moves closer to reality

The developer of the $6 billion Lincoln Yards on Chicago's North Side plans to start building a new north-south bridge across the Chicago River by summer, in the first of several infrastructure projects that will accompany the megadevelopment.
