Man whose Burge-related case imploded this month seeks investigation of prosecutors, finding of innocence

Attorneys for a man whose third trial for a 1982 cop killing dissolved in dramatic fashion this month want to recoup more than half a million dollars from prosecutors as punishment for "an unparalleled pattern of sanctionable, contemptuous and unethical misconduct" stretching back decades.
