Robber shot, critically injured by concealed carry license holder in Humboldt Park, police say

As a male pulled out a handgun and tried to rob a Humboldt Park business Saturday evening, a 29-year-old man with a concealed carry license pulled out his own gun and fired shots at the robber, according to Chicago police.
