Buffalo, N.Y. man sues police for alleged traffic stop beatdown that left him with loss of eyesight

Tyshawn Vance, 21, charged in a state Supreme Court lawsuit filed Monday that he was thrown to the street after being pulled over on Aug. 14, with police alleging that Vance had a weapon in his waistband when he was stopped for speeding, Buffalo News reported.
