18-year-old man faces murder, carjacking charges after 3-hour crime spree on Northwest Side and Elmwood Park, police say

An 18-year-old man was arrested early Wednesday after Chicago police say he was seen getting into a Ford Escape SUV that was used in a homicide, a carjacking and four Dunkin' holdups, all in about three hours Tuesday morning in Chicago and Elmwood Park.
