Sen. Ted Cruz calls for probe into Cuomo's 'possibly criminal' COVID nursing home scandal

Cruz and eight other Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee said Gov. Cuomo's top aides may have broken the law by blocking the Justice Department from accessing data about COVID-19 deaths at nursing homes in the state.
