Dick Costolo, CEO of Twitter, spoke to the "CBS This Morning" co-hosts about his company's recent performance, its new partnership with Amazon and why some countries have tried to ban Twitter. Costolo is the recipient of the inaugural PEN/Toni and James C. Goodale Digital Freedom Award.
