U.S. accuses Russia of violating 1987 missile treaty

The Obama administration is alleging that Russia violated a 1987 Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces Treaty by testing ground-launched missiles. This is the first instance the U.S. has made a formal complaint over a weapons treaty with Russia. Bill Plante reports from the White House.
