Four of the five living ex-presidents along with other special guests commemorate the 75th anniversary of CARE international

CARE International, the non-profit organization best known for its signature CARE package, commemorated 75 years since its first package in a Tuesday night fundraiser hosted by Whoopi Goldberg, featuring President Joe Biden as well as four of the five living presidents.
